Our eye-catching open-air restaurant has a 360 view of the surrounding area and is open from 8am-8pm every day. Owner, Jez, is passionate about food and CBC focuses on fresh, home cooked snacks and meals, with a variety of Indonesian and European dishes. Fish of the day is generally a favourite and we will get fresh delivery from the Pasar Ikan (fish market) at least three times a week.
On Saturdays we serve up a seafood BBQ buffet to showcase the best food we have on offer, with sides of classic Indonesian style vegetables and tasty local sambals. It proves very popular with in-house and walk-in customers and is a great chance to socialize with other guests from Indonesia and all over the world.
We order seasonal vegetables from an organic farm in Sukabumi and our chefs will always have something on the specials board to whet your appetite. Although we focus on fish, we also have steak from Australia, lamb from New Zealand as well as numerous vegetarian options to suit everyone’s taste.
We provide all-day snacks, from beer battered calamari to vegetarian spring rolls, and have fresh coconuts as well as juices, smoothies, beers and soft drinks. We have a larger range of beers than most in the region, including Konig and Kaltenberg, both German, and brewed under license in Indonesia. Even if you aren’t staying at Cimaja Beach Club please feel free to pay us a visit for happy hour (4pm – 6pm) and stay on for a quality dining experience any day of the week.
